William George Rum is the creation of bartender Andrew Nicholls, named to honour his two grandfathers, William and George. The rum was distilled in Jamaican pot stills and Trinidadian column stills, and was then blended in Amsterdam.

Hint of Banana, Tinned Pineapple and Macadamia Nuts extend further into Almonds and Cherry with a Vanilla and Cacao finish.
