New rum dram. Its a biggie and probably the most hyped series of rum bottlings ever(?) And as the name suggests this is the penultimate release, from the @foursquare_rum_distillery ECS (exceptional cask selection)
To give it the full names, the Foursquare Penultimus - Exceptional selection Mark XXX, uses Spanish Moscatel casks in the maturation process, its a blend of 2 Rums pot and column, aged in bourbon casks for 10 years then 5 more in the Moscatel casks. Coming in at a healthy 57% with no additives, sugar, colour or anything than the sweet liquid its self. This is a big bold bottle of booze designed for sipping. We also have a tiny bit of the Convocation release too. Try them both for £15.
